Sunday services cancelled due to fires, air conditions

Services for Sunday, Oct. 15, have been cancelled. Due to the fires and hazardous air conditions in Napa and the surrounding areas, the services at the Valley Bible Chapel are cancelled for this Sunday. Please spend the day in prayer for those who have lost loved ones, been injured, needed to evacuate their homes, and suffered other losses.

Tinder continues teaching in Mark

Dr. Don Tinder will continue with his series on the Gospel of Mark in the 11 a.m. service on Sunday, October 8. An internationally recognized church history scholar and dean of the Zinzendorf School of Doctoral Studies at Olivet Theological College and Seminary, Tinder has served as associate editor of Christianity Today and earned his doctorate in historical theology from Yale University.

DIME director speaks

Pedro Dillon, director of DIME (Distribuidora Internacional de Materiales Evangelicos) Ministries, will speak in the 11 a.m. Bible hour on Sunday, September 24. DIME publishes and distributes outreach materials and Christian literature in Spanish and English.
